• Program/Projects Change Management

• Bring new business-applications (appl & infra), (project)

• Bring new releases of business-applications (maintenance)

• Bring small enhancements (fixes, incidents, problems)

• Define, plan, monitor and coordinate IT acceptance test activities (design, preparation, execution and reporting of the technical tests, e.g., performance, backup/restore, fail-over).

• Coordination of the production rollouts after completing the required acceptance phase.

• Plan, advise, monitor and adjust IT-activities

• Assist the preparation of the architecture and operational documentation by providing expert advice and feedback

• Review and agree release plans with the software development teams.

• Plan and co-ordinate the set-up of the IT-environments for acceptance and production, this requires intensive transversal co-ordination throughout all teams

• Plan and co-ordinate the preparation and validation of the service deliverables, e.g., installation and operations procedures, support process, capacity plan

• Deliverance of project related documentation

• Organize (plan, allocate) resources within IT

• Communicate IT requirements to projects

• Organize and attend meetings with project leader & application delivery members

• Coordinate ordering and installation of infra

• Report progress of planned IT activities

• Definition, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality procedures & standards related the rollout and operation of IT systems, based on ITIL

• Quality improvement throughout the IT organisation

• Prepare and maintain Service Level Agreements

• Perform IT quality audits (process and procedures)

• Prepare, organize, and permanent member of CAB/CMC, take Go/No-go decisions & Post Implementation Review (after care)

• Advise CAB about QA issues.
