Maintaining the portfolio of AFIS applications & services of OLAF (ITIL & Tempo based with yearly CMM improvement).
Performing release management, Acceptance Tests (V-life cycle and RUP).
Controlling deployment of new or upgraded CIs according to ITIL release management process.
Specification of the application Architecture (Framework and Standards).
Technical Review of the Deliverables of other contractors.
Planning & coordinating the roll-out & operation through updated roll-out plans & deployment procedures.
Design, Implementation & continuous improvements of ITIL processes & templates
Hand-Over/Take-Over.
Project Quality Plan (PQP, SQP, and Lessons Learned).
Progress Report Reviews & Progress Meetings Participation.
Change Management & CAB management.
Bringing new business applications & small enhancements (fixes, incidents, problems).
Defining, planning, monitoring & coordinating IT acceptance test activities (design, preparation, execution & reporting).
Coordination of the production rollouts after completing the required acceptance phase.
Planning, advising, monitoring & adjusting IT activities.
Assisting the preparation of the architecture & operational documentation by providing expert advice & feedback.
Reviewing & agreeing on release plans.
Organizing (planning & allocating) resources within IT.
Communication of IT requirements for projects.
Reporting progress of planned IT activities.

Coaching, teaching, and mentoring of all activities related to testing and service management.

Methodologies: ITIL, PMI, Prince 2, RUP@EC, Agile, ISTQB, TMap@Next, V-Lifecycle.

Tools: Quality Center, LoadRunner, QTP, Ms-Project, and Ms-Office Suite.
